The Apartment
The spacious one bed apartment (sleeps up to four) is on the ground floor of a two storey block on a large complex of white washed Moorish style buildings. The sun shines on the large terrace and garden from early morning through to late afternoon.
The apartment is in a great location to access the excellent golf course in Golf Del Sur, also the numerous bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk.
The Living Area
This comprises of two large sofas, one of them being a double bed. There is a table and four chairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player, and plenty of extra storage space. French doors open onto the large terrace. There is a ceiling fan for extra comfort.

The Bedroom Area
This comprises of two single beds and a large built in wardrobe with ample storage. There is a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Also there is
a safe provided for personal belongings etc. for added security.

The Bathroom Area
This comprises of a walk in shower, sink with large mirror and toilet. There are lots of cupboards to store toiletries.

The Terrace Area
This comprises of a large terrace with a garden area. There is a table and four chairs to enjoy meals outside and two sunbeds for lounging around.

The Kitchen Area
This comprises of a four ring electric hob, a microwave, electric kettle, fridge and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery for four people. There are also plenty of cooking utensils if you wish to indulge in some home cooking. There is a large breakfast bar linking the kitchen to the lounge area.

The Pool Area
There is a local agent that works in conjunction with us available within the area who can help with any queries that may arise during your stay.
